I am in the process of switching to my own domain at
www.addbalance.com. This involves a LOT of work (i.e. changing HTML
coding on more than 500 pages) and means that virtually all page

Although I frequently laugh about attention deficit disorder, I think it is very serious. As serious as a brain tumor or a winning lottery ticket (it is like both). Here is a condensed version of a paper (updated) I presented at the 1997 Wisconsin State Public Defender Conference on the subject.
